Next week is M3 Aug 23, 2018
Will need to provide released artifacts by M4 Sep 20, 2018 for the Integration team
We will be limiting code reviews starting on Sep 14, 2018 in order to do final testing and prepare for pairwise testing
Checkstyle overhaul changes will start winding down by the end of August to free up committer time.
NOTE: Developers still must conform to checkstyle, sonar, JUnit requirements for code submissions.
