CPS requirement review update

• Had a meeting with CPS team and below are the key points:

  1. xNF data write operation using CPS_E_05 not feasible with current architecture, will not be done in K release

  2. Work to read xNF data via SDN-C to sync the primary yang data with CPS-Core (#9 in https://lf-onap.atlassian.net/wiki/display/DW/CPS+R11+Release+Planning) will be started in this release while CPS team focuses to enable the Caching.

  3. Upon completion of item #2, CPS_E_02 can be used for only secondary yang models.

• The scope of the goal "CPS-TBDMT enhancement to integrate with NCMP" needs to be defined accordingly
