Support for received VNF Life Cycle Notifications (LCN) from a VNF Manager and translation into DCAE Events

New component capabilities for Guilin, i.e. the functional enhancements, if applicable
The SOL003 Adapter that is being delivered as part of the Frankfurt release (SOL003 Adapter) is compatible with v2.5.1 of the ETSI NFV SOL003 specification. In Guilin, we propose to have the SOL003 Adapter comply with v2.7.1 of the ETSI NFV SOL003 specification.
