Fred (Verizon) presented Guilin functional requirements proposals: https://lf-onap.atlassian.net/wiki/display/DW/Guilin+release+-+functional+requirements+proposed+list

The only comment received was that for the first one “Onboard ETSI SOL004  compliant VNF packages (ETSI Package Management)” he needs to explicitly mention what will be added on top of already implemented functional requirements by the previous Releases.

Next meeting will be on February 17. Fred will add more functional and non-functional requirements by then.

Others are also encouraged to start adding their corresponding Guilin requirements.
