  • shentao <shentao@chinamobile.com> confirmed new resources - waiting on resource names and email addresses.
    • "The good news is that this year we have increased our developers and they have already joined the development of multi-language feature."
  • Sireesh/Saravanan to provide their IBM resource commitment details and the list of work items they are interested in to commit for Dublin. - Manoop to followup again - DONE - got partial commitment
  • Prepare Dublin M1 checklist and release planning wiki - Leimeng

  • PORTAL-387 - Getting issue details... STATUS  - Sunder Team (@Saisree Thota). 

  • License issues:  PORTAL-461 - Getting issue details... STATUS ,  PORTAL-460 - Getting issue details... STATUS  - commit these changes in master branch asap - Sunder
    • portal repo change on itext is done
    • portal/sdk is waiting on itext changes
      • NO strong copy right on itext - is it OK to keep under raptor for PDF download functionality? - Manoop to check with license team - recommendation is to put a exception request to TSC for this itext library (Manoop will put this request).
      • Alternative is to find the replacement library for iText - @Saravanan o perform the initial analysis to find the alternate library
        • Apache PDF Box is an alternative to explore (Sunder to review)
    • portal/sdk is waiting on jaxb changes
    • provided exclusion for VID and Policy - done
  • Security issues identified in NexusIQ -  PORTAL-439 - Getting issue details... STATUS  
    • Manoop to check with Arundathi if their team can help on this effort - Arundathi said no resources from offshore.
    • AT&T ECOMP team to prioritize and will start looking into the security issues (Check with Abbas and Garima to get resource confirmation).
  • Sonar issues - right now hold-on about the sonar issues due to low priority. Please pick up the existing medium priority JIRA defects.- pending for local instance set up as well.
  • Reviewed Dublin items - Requirements for Dublin release - road map
  • PORTAL-465 - Getting issue details... STATUS  - There is work around for now.
    • Sunder - We need to check with Policy and VID team - if it requires any config on their end.
  • Sunder is testing PORTAL-399/498 defect and will be fixed in Maintanance release - TLab env issue - increase db pod's liveness time for it to get deployed successfully.
  • Robot scripts will be updated in Dublin - Check with Sireesh about his commitment for Dublin
