ONAP-UI

1 Move ONAP-UI to Angular 5
2 Add storybook framework
3 Add storybook stories
4 Connect styles / css to build, and style according to component-lab components
5 Configure tslint - framework + run checks during build (prevent push)
6 Tslint - add 5 rules and fix
7 Add ngx-data-table styles to onap-ui-common
8 Complete using tests to all components
9 SVG icons, need to replace exsiting icons
10 SVG icons, resource and services icons
11 Update Readme file in GitHub
12 Sync code from SDC-UI to ONAP-UI
13 Replace components names from SDC to ONAP, verify in code no SDC.
14 Prepare demo project using ONAP-UI with angular 5, upload it to GitHub. So every developer can use it as reference.
