Discussion:

@Luke Parker deprecation of the pipe delimited - for dublin - driven as expected by the implementors (portal/sdk and so and sdc to start) - move on to full kv/mdc's
- 20181002: go with pipes for now - but look at parameterization to swap out
- @Luke Parker different delimiter for machine/file output
- @Prudence Au agrees

Dublin topic - @Prudence Au when to cut branch for logging/pomba - before RC0 if possible to allow for testing time for Integration time (follow Policy's lead)
