When do we call R3 done (may be something we must bring back to subcommittee)

    1. On milestone 3, moving to milestone 4 (two weeks time)

    2. PNFD maybe in release 3??   Has not been reviewed, may be a challenge to get this in R3.   Conclusion – will probably be R4

    3. New additions (allotted resource, VES, license, …) should go into R4.

    4. Time approaching for gendoc outputs going into RST format
