    Team talked to OOM and agreed to focus on state management (and changed the name to MUSIC)

    1. Team will make several updates to the proposal, including:

      1. link to API documentation

      2. change "current state" to seed code

      3. clarification that this is an optional component

      4. clarification on how it interacts with ODL replication

    2. Once changes are made, ARC gives team a "green light" for TSC review/approval

  2. Tiger team update

    1. Parviz discussed current status, agenda for this week, and plan for driving alignment

    2. Question on priorities - we agreed that the highest priority for Beijing is platform maturity, but inside that, we want to take concrete steps towards the target architecture.

    3. We also discussed some steps in the Beijing release, including:

      1. use of MSB in each project (assisted by OOM, which registers each container)

      2. document APIs using Swagger

      3. more consistent, RESTful interfaces (align with Modeling)

      4. External API project to bring in third-party APIs (e.g., MEF, TMF, etc.)

      5. more common services
