What did we do well?

  • the team is more self soficent.

  • the team collaborates well.

  • better understandin of the system.


What should we have done better?

  • better comunication with onboarding team.

  • we need better equipment, memory and CPU.

  • LF accessibility is limited to US time while we are on the side.

  • LF not avilable during holidy

  • development content and part of the internal team process.

  • internal review of diffrent content.

  • no update on tasks during sprint.
