1. OpenLab use case signup.
VoLTE/vCPE/vFW&vLB use case sign up.
Action: Chengli will contact Orange to make sure they still want to do VoLTE. Also they will do vCPE.
Wind River/Intel will start the new lab set up next week, and will be ready in the first week of August. The new lab will be connected with current Intel OPNFV lab as multi-site DCs.
AT&T ONAP lab signed up for vCPE and vFW/vLB. Contact Rich Binnett.

Volunteer to do R1 use case integration test in physical lab

Discussed how to setup lab for the same use case
option1: same vendor and setup
option2: each lab responsible for the vendor selection and setup
Brian said each lab may have their own VIM, but hardware should be the same. Team agreed to go with option2.

2. Open Lab Jira
Use Jira ticket to
1) keep of process of each action
2) assign remote access account
3) Create ticket for problem

Suggest each lab to create a Epic/Story. CMCC will create a Epic/Story as a reference.

Gildas: Lab ready by code freeze date 9/14.

Phil: LF or OPNFV has no legal template or license agreement for VNF vendors.
He need to have VNF vendor list to contact and need to know how many VNF instances running where, etc. Chengli will provide the info.
