CLAMP Add new Repo ReQUEST

We need 2 additional repo's for Clamp git, those 2 new repositories will require their own "jenkins jobs" : Resources and Repositories (Deprecated)#CLAMP

clamp/dashboard

clamp/dashboard:

We need a specific code for the clamp dashboard (ELK stack) in order to have AAF authentication.

We also have specific images to build for it so it makes sense to have a specific repo to handle that and

since until now clamp had only one repo we need a new one for this part.

clamp/ui

We also need another repo for the UI that is not a java project (React javascript).

This is specific to clamp project, to make it more flexible, and we cannot use any existing repo since until now

clamp had only one repo.
