Face 2 Face Controller Design Studio Agenda

  • The week of September 10th  AT&T , Bell Canada , Huawei TechM and other provides have agreed to gather in Middletown New Jersey for face to face meeting. The agenda for the week shall include 2-3 full day coding session with key CDS developers and then 1-2 days to discuss about the Dublin Planning for CDS roadmap.

  • Primary focus of the 3 Day Coding Session is to close out the remaining development work need for Casablanca Release for instantiation use case for vFW.


    • Nitrogen to Oxygen Conversion for the run time bundle (Alexis, Kapil, Dan T)

    • Helm Chart Creation for the new mS (plan is to complete this by 7th. If this task si completed by that date then this can be dropped)

    • CDT Design Time integration with Data Dictionary (Girish)

    • Robot Testing  (Yang)

  • Generic Resource API and blueprint mS to support Asynch transaction  via DMAAP event

2. Post Instantiation Use Case, Scale Out, Change Management

  • Multi Step Test and Turn Up
  • Directive API (Validation)
  • Rollback
  • Injecting Scripts

3. Complete the integration with APP-C with DD API

4. How do we move towards the CCSDK Repo from SDNC/APPC. (CDS)?

  • Ansible Server to CCSDK
  • CDT/CDS to CCSDK 
  • Generic Resource API to CCSDK
    5. SDC Integration with Controller Design Studio (CDS).
    6. Controller Resource Manager (Cloud Params)
    7. Handling Complex Objects for input and output.
      8. Merge ECOMP/ONAP (AT&T Internal) for generic resource api.
