   Using IFA015 v2.4.1 as a basis for further discussion, there's a week's time to provide feedback on the current proposal
   Recommend the network service information model to consider the similar approach

   Milestones of current time schedule: M0: May 25, M1: June 28, M2: July 26, M3: Aug 30
   Rough plan:    
       Before M0: R2 model clean up and requirements collection
       M0~M2: requirement frozen, build up R3 model
       M2~M3: model review
   Suggest to proactively contact other projects for requirements collection
