Sync up on M2 Checklist, deadlines, etc.

Administrative Items
- Congratulations to Ramki for being nominated as a committer and was voted with a perfect 5-0-0 margin (deservedly so).
  - Once the TSC process is done (hopefully this week), he can begin his committer duties.
- Welcome to Siamak Layeghy from University of Queensland
  - A PhD student that has worked on Minizinc models for Software-defined Constrained Optimal Routing Platform for SDN (article link). Link for slides is here.

Now that the seed code is a bit stabilized, implementation process ramps up
- Start plugging in new functionality and integration test cases
- Develop more vCPE test cases (code) and review them
How do we involve the contributors
- We have many contributors listed, and some others not listed but are contributing
- Need to streamline these items
- One approach is to identify contributors working specifically on (a) R2 items, (b) R3+ items, (c) Longer-term items, etc.
We need to capture meeting notes (this page is a starting point)
We need to have a regular review of Sprints and JIRA items
- Initial JIRA item review will probably need a focused meeting or done in parallel and have a quick review
- Multiple people should volunteer to be scrum masters (till we find someone that is really passionate about being a scrum master and understands OOF needs
