Moving from manifest to values.yaml - OOM will be source of truth for docker versions used in ONAP

• • Helm charts on master will only reference released docker images
  • Staging override file can be used by dev teams to test in integration environments
    • integration team will maintain their own staging override for daily builds
  • docker image verify job needed in OOM
    • scrape images from Helm charts and verifies docker images exist in Nexus
  • can we start officially releasing docker images on master as of M4 (April 11)?
  • current pain-point is time that it takes to officially release docker images
    • LF working to improve this process - status?
  • OOM team always available for development team training on performing integration testing between components using OOM
• NEEDS ADDITIONAL DISCUSSION Mike Elliott to organize a separate session with PTLs.
