Proposal for maintenance release process for ONAP Release

Guilin - On Track

M2/M3 Conditions are now met i.e. Architecture Review of all the project are now completed - Well Done !

TSC agreed on Aug 27 to maintain current schedule as is.

We will plan on a Guilin maintenance release in 21Q1
