        Regarding Alla's TSC seat- here is the relevant text from the Community Document:      4.3.3.5.2.          In the event of the resignation or removal of a TSC member, the TSC may either call for a Special Election, or choose to leave the seat open until the next regular election cycle, by a simple majority vote of the TSC
