k8s 1.17/1.18

DCAE Plugin updates completed; can work with k8s 1.15 or higher. Testing should be done for all blueprints on K8s1.18 environment. Nokia/Orange team leading this effort.

  • k8s-bootstrap-container (all blueprints) to be updated to new plugin (3.3.0) ( + containerizedPlatformComponent removal + CMPv2)

OOM team will set up CI for 1.18 by end of 8/23 week in parallel (1.15)

TH: pending the availiability of a docker image for Cloudify 3.x upgrade before testing can be considered 'complete"
