There is no DB interaction in apex-pdp and policy-clamp-runtime-acm will be done in the L release.
On the issue with Prometheus endpoints changing, we need to change the config to correct this or the gating tests will fail. Liam Fallon to checkcheck

The current commit that is up to fix the prometheus issue changes the prometheus endpoint from ..../metrics to .../prometheus. This will break the gating tests. We should change the config to use the ..../metrics endpoint as befirebefore.

Notes

It is probably something small that is stopping GUI coming up in OOM. We will try to fix it as GUI will be updated in L and it would be better not to remove the current GUI. However, if we can't fix it easily, we can remove it from the helm charts.
