OOF implementation with the VNF-API is coupled to the vCPE use case. Moved the cloud param from VF Module to VNF level such as image_name, key_name, and pub_key for shared resourced. Resolved a bug in the heat that overriding the key_name value provide by ONAP. Marco committed and merge the changes.
