Current SDC distributes only the service CSAR to runtime components

• For that VNF and NS packages need to be wrapped under an SDC service package.
• ETSI Catalog Manager needs to extract ETSI packages from the ONBOARDED_PACKAGE directory
• SO does not support NS modeling yet

NS onboarding plan is:

• SDC supports NS onboarding
• SDC distributes the NS package but still needs to wrap it under a Service package

Questions:

• Can we distribute the NS package as is to the ETSI Catalog Manager?
• Can we distribute the VNF package as is to the ETSI Catalog Manager?
