Modeling Process Discussion

  - modeling process is in good shape:
    - main work includes: release model refinement, continue work in progress, take decisions for future work, handle documentation only models and do the M3 checklist
  - continue on arc/use case engagement:
    - use case
      - API and DM freeze
      - would negotiate with modeling S/C for the data model changes that may impact IM
      - the modeling team would work on the potential changes for the IM
      - use case lead would inform modeling S/C for final comments and review for the data model
      - use case lead would trigger a poll for the DM
