In light of improving our current WOW around Bugs reporting, the following recommendation should be considered to be part of CPS WOW around bugs:
- FSA The FSA table from should be part of the compulsory field on Jira, without selecting any of the options in the field, the bug ticket assignee should be able to close a ticket
- Bugs from EIC Shall be reproducible
- Bugs such as CPS-1626, CPS-1463 with with no FSA are example examples of bugs that 's shouldn't be closeclosed, even if you or the team understand other stakeholders needs need FSA transparency
