11/29 Notes: For jira's targetted for London, set FixVersion to London release and assign to resource supporting the change. For any jira's needing community support - break up Jira scope into smaller chunk and set FixVersion for London release for new PTL to evaluate and plan London commitments.

DCAE SDK dmaap-client enhancement to support native kafka interface will be recommended. Depending on env/config/deployment properties, dmaap-client lib can serve a wrapper to switch between native kafka or MR REST api.
PRH gating testsuite will need to be updated as well - Integration and OOM changes to be planned and supported.
