London release cadence - Release Planning: London

New jira's created to be planned for London release.

• DCAEGEN2-3313: dcaegen2-services-pm-mapper sometimes processes file multiple times
• DCAEGEN2-3314: dcaegen2-services-file-collector not scalable
• DCAEGEN2-3315: dcaegen2-services-data-router retry timeout

11/29 Notes: For jira's targetted for London, set FixVersion to London release and assign to resource supporting the change. For any jira's needing community support - break up Jira scope into smaller chunk and set FixVersion for London release for new PTL to evaluate and plan London commitments.

Next step :

• Review proposal with  REQ (Timo Perala and ARC committee (Chaker Al-Hakim 
• Design Option#2 using Kafka to persist/reprocess PNFRegistration topic is preferred
  • Following to be explored and incorporated in the target design.
    • Configurable option to enable/disable reprocessing of AAI failed lookup
    • Log and auto-commit (to remove failed entry) if older than x timeframe
    • DCAE SDK dmaap-client enhancement to support native kafka interface will be recommended. Depending on env/config/deployment properties, dmaap-client lib can serve a wrapper to switch between native kafka or MR REST api.
• PRH gating testsuite will need to be updated as well - Integration and OOM changes to be planned and supported.

DCAE-MOD identified for deprecation (DCAEGEN2-3278)

Any other DCAE services if should be considered? 

11/29 - Typical criteria for deprecation is if component/container is not updated for more than 2 release. DL-Handler and PMSH has had no update in Kohn. To be assessed post London if required to be continued/maintained.
