3. how to  close out "Conditionally approved" Reviews
   1. Send an email to onap-arc indcatingthat all the open issues have been discuaussed/agreed on by the impacted area leads - Required
   2. schedule a follow-up review with ArchCom - Optional
   3. Update the ArchhCom Tracking Jira with all the links to the referenced materials - Required
      
4. ONAPARC-# will be added to the issue link for the corresponding Requirement topic REQ-#

5. ONAPDOCS update
   1. The Architecture View has been updated to reference to the Frankfurt RTD pages
6. An updated Tracking spreadsheet is attached
   1. Added a separate wiki page to list the latest version, per section 5 below.
