Using SDN-R Devicemanager and SDN-R Webserver and O-RAN PNF Simulator

1. PNF Plug and play → O1:REST/VES/pnfRegistration 
   1. RAN Devices are visible in ODLUX Connect app as connected
2. PNF Basic Fault message flow → O1:REST/VES/fault ... 
   1. Fault notification are visible in ODLUX Fault app as notifications
3. PNF Basic Config → O1:REST/VES/configuration, simulated via Fault message
   1. ODLUX Config App ist doing the configuration change

Using O-RAN PNF Simulator, but not SDN-R related:
