The RunTime Config DB is database is updated with the information that is needed.

One case of Flow 3 is when a Controller determines that a Config change is needed. The Controller sends a message to the xNF (via Ansible, or NetConf)

      The Controller would then send an update on DMaaP which will then update the RunTime Config DB.
