Jim has been an active contributor on the Policy Framework for many years. He has been a valuable contributor to all parts of the framework as well as to other projects in ONAP. In addition to always completing his own work to an excellent standard, He has a particular eye for improving code, submitting many reviews that improves both the quality and readability of code.
