1. Onboard all vendor CSARs (6) needed for VoLTE R1 use case test.  vTAS is not needed for VoLTE R1 use case, as is put as low priority
2. UUI can send service instantiation request to SO
3. VFC can parse SDC CSAR and send VL creation request to MultiVIM

1. Onboarded 5 out 6 vendors CSAR. The remaining one needed by VoLTE use case is I/S CSCF
2. UUI successfully populated all parameters on GUI
3. Installed and configured Holmes in standalone mode
