During service lifecycle, operators will need to perform several a variety of maintenance tasks. While ONAP components provide significant amount of functionality, quite often this functionality is not easily accessible to end users of the platform. Fro For example, in order to upgrade all instances of a specific type of VNF, which is a very common operating task operational activity, an operator would have to interface directly with use functionality provided by A&AI and App-C/VFC to perform the task.
Having component functionality exposed (perhaps through a SDC UI) in a way that will allow operators to perform such tasks like that quickly would make ONAP a lot easier to use and gain tractionfacilitate adoption.
