SDNC Updates

1. Access apidoc/explorer/index.html on the SDNC VM
2. Click on VNF-API
3. Scroll down to the POST /operations/VNF-API/preload-vnf-topology-operation
4. Paste the preload-vnf-topology-clearwater.json data into the input box 
   1. make sure to edit the valuesr:
