Email from Vijay Kumar :  We discussed on weekly call today reg PTL responsibilities coverage - current plan is to distribute London Milestone ownership among DCAE committers.  As its past due date, I will take care of M1 and Tony will support M2  - rest of milestone assignments are pending and will be reviewed in subsequent meetings.

  • validation of "current scope" of components is warranted
  • Suggestion to have a review at the ARC meetings in the future to look at how this may work. DCAE a good candidate as a starting point.
