Jakarta release

#AGREED the M2 milestone for Jakarta will be shifted to  

  •  David McBride follow up with req owners: Complete M2 tasks or move to PoC or shift to next release.
  •  David McBride query requirement owners about PoC requirements for Jakarta
  •  David McBride Check Best practrices/global requirements with the project teams

    • Update on Nexus stability
      IT-23485 - Docker build issue, nexus timeout WAITING FOR CUSTOMER
    • Still seeing some instability after upgrades
    • Source of data growth on Nexus and storage still not identified - everything looks normal to us from the perspective of Jenkins and the tool chain
    • Something changed in October that has triggered the growth.
    • Possible to change the TTL for snapshot artifacts?
    • Possibility of releasing Maven artifacts when there is no need?
    • Meeting scheduled later today to discuss internally.

LFN GB Recap

  • Jim Zemlin (Linux Foundation Executive Director) reviewed what was presented at the White House & Muddasar Ahmed presented SBOM deck from DTF
  • Call out was made to the GB to provide resources to work on security issues
  • ONAP was highlighted during the White House briefing as an example of great work being done in the area of security https://security.lfx.linuxfoundation.org/#/
  • Huge thanks to the PTLs and SECCOM for all of your efforts
  • Heather Kirksey provided a review of the DTF almost 400 registered and over 500 in attendance
