  • Antitrust Policy Notice

We will start our meetings by mentioning the project's Antitrust Policy, which you can find linked from the LF and project websites. The policy is important where multiple companies, including potential industry competitors, are participating in meetings. Please review and if you have any questions, please contact your company legal counsel. Members of the LF may contact Andrew Updegrove at the firm Gesmer Updegrove LLP, which provides legal counsel to the LF.

How to prevent from zoombombing - short term suggestions:

#1 Clean up wiki page - Might be challenging since the Community remains open and accessible

#2 Enable the "Waiting Room" feature

#3 Shut down the bridge if any weird behavior

#4 Ensure that anybody joining the bridge is adding his first/last names and company name

#5 Registered users only  -

#6 Self monitor - if anyone sees an attendee that looks suspicious all members of the community should notify the meeting host.

#7 Assign 1-2 co-hosts at the beginning of the call

#8 One single wiki only accessible containing all the zoom bridge details
