The oparent artifact will need to be released very soon so PTL's can do final integration before releasing their repo artifacts.

Long termoparent 2.1.0 is released!!!

Long term thought for Frankfurt: oparent will need to be upgraded if ONAP is to upgrade to JDK 11.
