"Raw" Helm is not the official Kubernetes Platform for ONAP. OOM is. It does, however, demonstrate how we will run in OOM once El Alto kicks off (and WindRiver Resources are available for Testing are available to Developers again... currently AAF test OOM is off to provide maximum resources for Dublin Integration).
