No more image release accepted by Integration after 5/3023, unless explicitly asked by Integration and those images can ONLY contain bug fixes required by Integration

We need to repair the vulnerabilities w/in 60 days of disclosure for CII Badging. 

Problem statement: What is the preferred method of delivering critical fixes atop Dublin within 60 days?

Some alternatives:

1. Mid-El-Alto release candidate test cycle to validate component releases?
2. Dublin maintenance release?
