We take the master as our working branch and the release branch should be stable enough to handle all the issues around the snapshot versions.
The current issue is we dont have a mechanism in place when we would be notified of the release of a particular package / deletion of its snapshot version form the jenkins, Its practically impossible to keep track of all the version number and their release / deletion dates. This needs to e addressed at the PTL level meeting to have some understanding of the release mgmt.
